The Exhibitors Showcase will be located in the Empire State Ballroom on the Ballroom Level of the hotel. The Showcase is open to conference attendees 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Thursday and Friday and 9:00 am to 2 pm on Saturday. Exhibitor tables and space are limited so please register early. Once your registration is paid in full your business name will be added to our website. Information regarding the costs and procedures for shipping of collateral and other handouts will be provided after registering.
Exhibitor booths in the showcase area are 8’ wide (front) x 6’ deep and will accommodate up to one 6’ table. Up to 4 additional tables may be purchased. Electric outlets can be provided for a fee based on total requests. Cost will be quoted and all costs will be paid directly to the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
Don’t forget to enjoy yourself, too! Exhibitors and their associate(s) are encouraged to attend the group meals. Luncheons on Friday and Saturday and the Saturday evening gala dinner as well as other evening activities in the hotel are available at an additional cost to you as well.
